Would you like to win a prize for yourself, your class, and your school?
The 6th Annual Northwoods’ Invasive Species Poster Contest in underway and you are invited to participate. The primary goal of this contest is to educate youth about aquatic AND terrestrial invasive species that affect our Northwoods’ Counties. If you are interested, talk to you teachers!
- Who Can Enter? Any student in 4th - 8th grade attending public, private, and home schools within the ’Northwoods’ and ’Northland’ regions of Wisconsin, including schools in the following counties: Oneida, Langlade, Lincoln, Forest, Bayfield, Oconto, Shawano, Menominee, Iron, Price, Vilas and Douglas. Don’t worry if your county isn’t listed because every 4th - 8th grade student in the Northwoods area can enter.
- Entry Deadline: Poster entries (with Official Entry Form attached to the back of poster) are due at the Oneida Co. Land & Water Conservation office by 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 2, 2017.
